The Buying Value Benchmark Repository includes specifications for measures that are submitted to the Repository. States and regional health improvement collaboratives are only requested to submit specifications for modified HEDIS measures and for any non-HEDIS measures that deviate from the specifications as written by the measure steward. States and regional health improvement collaboratives can provide a link to their organization’s website if they have already posted their modified or homegrown specifications online. If states and regional health improvement collaboratives choose to submit their specifications as part of their response to the Buying Value Benchmark Repository Measure Submission Survey, the specifications will be uploaded to this section of the Buying Value website.
